The new Third Kit is here, with Udinese Calcio, Macron and Dacia’s latest release also made of Eco-Fabric. The team’s Third Shirt is constructed of Eco Poly Stretch Light fabric, made of 100% PET recycled polyester and certified by the Global Recycled Standard. It’s the latest in a line which has seen the Friulian club pave the way by becoming the first team in the Macron family to wear eco-fabric shirts three seasons ago.

Udinese’s long-term partner, Dacia, were involved in the collaboration, helping to specify the design and choose the colours. Indeed, the new Third Kit further promotes their brand image which has been updated for the 2022/23 season, not only with a new logo but new colour scheme to represent the company’s domains: nature, adventure and the outdoors. Furthermore, the use of recycled materials aligns perfectly with Dacia’s ECO-SMART philosophy, as they show commitment to implementing these values in their model components and the new interior finishings in their showrooms for 2023.

With this release, Udinese confirm their great devotion to the theme of sustainability and innovation, proving once again, along with their partners, that they are pioneers in the sector. The technology that goes into making the fabric for the shirts certainly does not hinder the innovative style on offer, nor the detailed, exclusive design, as illustrated by the new Udinese Calcio Third Kit.

The new Third Shirt is finished in a grey melange, with orange details around the crewneck and edges of the sleeves. The melange effect using sublimation printing techniques across the shirt makes the garment particularly elegant, while still offering high performance quality on account of the fabric used and micromesh inserts. The back inside edge of the collar is adorned with the Udinese Calcio logo and the phrase I PRIMI BIANCONERI D’ITALIA (‘Italy’s original Bianconeri’), while the outside edge features the club motto in black, La Passione è la nostra Forza (‘Passion is our Strength’). Two badges are placed on the chest area, with the Italian brand Macron Hero’s logo in black silicon on the right and the Udinese Calcio crest in orange silicon on the left, close to the heart.

The Third Kit is finished off with grey shorts, with the same melange effect as the shirt, featuring an orange vertical stripe on the side. The socks feature two central stripes (one black and one orange) of differing widths, Macron Hero on the ankle and U.C.1896 on the back.

The new kit will make its debut during the Coppa Italia match on Wednesday 19 October, when Udinese face Monza at 21:00 CEST at Dacia Arena.

The new Third Kit and other garments in the Macron-Udinese Calcio collection can be purchased from the Udine Macron Sports Hub at Dacia Arena, other Macron Sports Hubs, authorised Macron sellers or online at store.udinese.it/en/home.html and the club’s dedicated page on www.macron.com/en.
