Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a mobile app for event information and scheduling?
Yes, the Soccerex Miami mobile app will be available for all registered attendees. The app provides event schedules, speaker information, floor maps, and a networking tool to help you arrange meetings with other attendees and exhibitors.
What should I wear to Soccerex Miami?
The event dress code is business casual. Most attendees opt for smart casual attire, such as button-down shirts, blouses, trousers, and comfortable shoes. Given Miami’s warm weather, lightweight and breathable fabrics are recommended.
What are the registration and check-in procedures?
Upon arriving at the venue, head to the registration desk to collect your event badge. It’s advisable to bring a digital or printed confirmation of your ticket to streamline the process. Registration typically opens one hour before the first session each day. To allow early arrivals, our registration desk will be open on Tuesday, November 12th, between 1 PM & 4 PM. We advise all guests to collect their badges at this time to beat the queues on Day 1 (November 13th). Our event partners Veridas will also have facial recognition scanners upon entry to the main event hall and VIP Lounge. Soccerex attendees will receive email instructions to register.
What transportation options are available to and from the venue?
Our event partners Key Transportation can cover all your local transport requirements (airport transfers, etc.). Please CLICK HERE to view the transport options available, and use the code Soccer2024 for an exclusive Soccerex discount.
Will there be opportunities for media coverage or interviews?
If you are with an accredited media outlet and have specific interview requests, it’s advisable to arrange them in advance through the Soccerex media team.
Can I bring my own promotional materials?
Attendees are welcome to bring business cards and digital portfolios, but distribution of flyers or promotional materials is restricted to exhibitors with designated booths. For those interested in sponsorships or exhibiting, reach out to the Soccerex team for details.
Are there evening social events or after-hours activities?
Yes, Soccerex Miami includes evening networking events. The VIP Networking evening on November 12th at Inter Miami Chase Stadium is now sold out. The famous Soccerex Social evening, open to all delegates, takes place on November 13th on-site at the venue's nightclub, Entice. Guests will be emailed an invitation, RSVP required.
Are there any restrictions on bringing guests or colleagues?
All attendees must have a valid event pass to access Soccerex Miami. If you wish to bring colleagues, they will need to register individually or purchase group tickets in advance. Guest passes are not available for non-registered individuals.
What is the best way to connect with other attendees before the event?
The Soccerex Miami app allows you to create a profile and engage with other attendees in advance. You can also participate in pre-event discussions on social media using the official event hashtag #soccerexmiami. This is a great way to introduce yourself and plan key meetings. Another great option is to head over to our LinkedIn event page.
