Three UK launches the We See You Network
New platform launched in partnership with Chelsea Football Club to recognise women in sport
November 14, 2022. Reading, UK: Three, the UK’s fastest 5G network*, has today launched the ‘WeSeeYou’ Network (WSYN), in partnership with Chelsea Football Club (CFC). A national platform that will leverage the power of Three’s network and sponsorship of CFC to recognise and celebrate unstoppable women in sport.
The WSYN will help positively impact women who are involved in all aspects of the game whether that’s playing or coaching football, or those who work across the wider sports industry. It is a game changing initiative, which aims to build a network of recognition and support for women in sport through a series of amazing experiences that will further their personal development.
In partnership with CFC, Three are encouraging all those with a passion for football to recognise amazing women in their own support network, share their stories, and nominate them to be a part of the ‘WeSeeYou’ network.
The campaign will encourage nominations to be considered for exclusive experiences. On top of this one lucky person from each of the three categories will be privy to a dream opportunity of receiving a mentorship from the experts at Chelsea FC or learn from ex-Chelsea legend and entrepreneur, Eni Aluko.

- Women in the business of sport (behind the scenes)
Once you visit the ‘WeSeeYou’ Network hub you can submit your nomination(s). Every nomination will be assessed by a panel consisting of both Three and Chelsea FC representatives. They will select 40 nominees from each category to qualify for the various experiences.
For each category, Three and CFC have worked closely together to offer once in a lifetime opportunities as part of the various benefits of getting involved in the initiative. The partnership will provide everyone that signs up with insight, expertise and support that they can utilise within their own more immediate networks and communities. Also there are a few extraordinary opportunities to be mentored by some of the best in the game.
Whether that’s a coaching course with one of the most respected coaches in the game, Emma Hayes, attending a Chelsea FCW masterclass training session with the players, or having an exclusive chat 1-1 with England and Chelsea star Fran Kirby, Three is championing the women that make the game what it is today.
This latest programme of work represents an evolution of Three’s commitment to women’s football since they began their sponsorship of Chelsea FC. To date Three has delivered a number of activations involving the Chelsea Women’s team, such as the ‘ConnectWith’ and ‘The Last Three’ content series’, ‘Support Someone Else’ campaign, and offering multiple tickets to the women’s games through Three+, social competitions and by surprising and delighting CFCW fans across the UK.
Elaine Carey, chief commercial officer at Three UK, said: “We’re very proud to launch the WeSeeYou Network, in partnership with Chelsea. As a brand we are incredibly lucky to be associated with such a trailblazing women’s football team and have access to such a vast amount of talent within the club.
“Football, and particularly the women’s game, is made up of incredible people who dedicate themselves to supporting and growing the sport. This network gives all those around them the chance to show their gratitude for the hours, weeks and years that some have dedicated to chasing their dream or building opportunities for others to pursue theirs.
“By raising awareness and celebrating all these amazing stories through the WeSeeYou Network we are utilising our brand and platform to support broader growth and accessibility to the game, that is ultimately building a brighter future for all.”
The ‘WeSeeYou’ Network hub will provide a space where all nominees and winners can be seen and their stories shared, to inspire others. So, it is not just those that are selected for the organised experiences or mentorships that get rewarded. The network aims to also provide opportunities for all those involved to meet, celebrate each other’s success, and build professional and personal connections.
“Magda Eriksson at Chelsea Football Club Women said: “As captain, I understand the importance of having a robust network around me for support both on and off the pitch. It’s important we lean on each other for support and encouragement as together we are stronger.
It’s great to see Three launch the We See You initiative for fans and players to build their own network of recognition and support and help recognise the amazing women that are already doing great things in their communities.”
